Design & Engineering
Shade Living's in-house design team specialise in tensile structures and can handle all aspects from the aesthetic to the technical. We use AutoCAD and other industry-specific software for concept presentations, structural analysis and shade analysis drawings. We offer a free site consultation, design and quotation service. We welcome collaboration architects and landscape designers.
Project Management
At Shade Living, we prioritise quality products and customer service through effective planning and communication. Our dedicated project management team handles everything from permits to occupational health and safety. We provide ongoing staff training and documentation to make sure that your next project is smooth and hassle-free.
Fabrication & Installation
Shade Living is a registered building practitioner in the category of shade structures (CB-L23706) and is equipped with an experienced team of in-house installers which is fully supported by a large in-house fabrication facility. We have a history of successfully completing challenging projects with an emphasis on quality outcomes. Our installation division is fully compliant with the latest OH&S regulations. We also offer a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service for all shade-cloth and PVC tension membrane structures.
Management and Inspection
Shade Living offers comprehensive structural and safety audit services for schools, councils, and commercial clients. In compliance with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in Victoria, we conduct mandated structural audits every three years for flexible shade structures in schools. We have extensive experience in this field, having completed over 100 structural audits for schools in Victoria. We also work closely with councils to guarantee the safety and maintenance of their shade structures, providing audits, expert advice and maintenance program implementation.
